Christina Soname is an excellent management consultant, corporate trainer, and speaker. She is a leading career mentor and training consultant whose mission is to inspire young professionals to embrace the dignity of labour and commit to a culture of excellent stewardship in their personal and professional lives.

With over a decade of experience as a career professional, her work experience includes the successful design and delivery of 120+ consulting, training, and coaching interventions for clients across various sectors and companies like Google, Lagos Business School, GTBank, First Bank, Union Bank, Sterling Bank, Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers, the Venture Garden Group, amongst others.

Christina is the author of four books including the career bible, Dear Young Professional, and How to Win Over your Difficult Boss. She is the founder of the Dear Young Professional Network and the creator behind many resources including courses, videos and audios which help young professionals accelerate their career growth and ace career transitions. Christina has been featured on multiple media platforms including on Rave TV, The Guardian, Business Day, The Nation, Tribune Newspaper, Inspiration FM, StoryTeller Media, etc.

Christina is a First-class graduate of Economics from Babcock University, Nigeria. She is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an Associate member of the Learning and Development Network International, a Fellow of the International Management Consultants Certification Board, a certified Behavioural Analyst, and a Maxwell DISC Associate. Christina is also a member of the internationally renowned John Maxwell Team.

Apart from her core function as a Training Consultant, Christina is hosted as a speaker at workshops and conferences, and she enjoys compering formal and semi-formal events.

She is married to her best friend, Oluwagbemiga Soname, and they are co-authors of the Countdown Devotional for soon-to-weds. They are blessed with an amazing son
